Anne-Marie Mohler is a passionate thought-leader who embraces change and is excited by its possibilities. She has worked in community healthcare and home care settings as well as long-term care since 1987. In her tenure in these roles, She has held a number of senior management positions throughout her career including: Long Term
Care Consultant, National Director of Professional Development, Regional Director, Administrator and Director of Nursing.

Of note, Anne-Marie spearheaded the development of programs and services in her role as executive director at one of Toronto’s original community health centers. Anne-Marie is a Registered Nurse, with a commitment to person-first and client-centred approaches to care.

Anne-Marie possesses numerous credentials, attesting to her commitment to life-long learning. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Long Term Care Administration and Long Term Care Management (LTCM) designation from the Canadian Healthcare Association (CHA). In addition, she holds a certificate in Faith Community Nursing, Faith Community Nursing Co-ordination, and Hospice Palliative Care.

Anne Marie was President of  RNAO Faith Community  Nursing Interest  Group ( FCNIG)  from 2016 -2020  and remains on the FCNIG executive.

Anne-Marie holds professional affiliations with the College of Nurses of Ontario, the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario, Gerontological Nursing
Association of Ontario, Faith Community Nursing Interest Group, and Canadian Nurses Association. In addition, Anne-Marie holds membership with Canadian Association for Parish Nursing Ministry and Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association.

 Anne Marie has been a Parish Nurse for 9 years the last 7 years at Windermere United Church in Toronto.
